Payments

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Services may require a deposit or full payment upfront. Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as discussed at the start of the project. Requests that fall outside the original project scope may require additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final website content they provide. Caitlen Odell, Wix Website Design reserves the right to display completed projects in a portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
